The M6 utilizes a growth based, membrane filtered assay giving results in CFUs. It uses compendial media without additional reagents thereby streamlining validation. The bench top sized M6 utilizes a standard outlet, occupies a minimal footprint in your lab, and is designed to scale with your lab’s testing needs.

Once the assay has started, results are generated automatically without human intervention. Only action alert levels above the CFU count threshold are escalated for investigation. The Science

Each Mango cartridge acts like a miniaturized Petri dish, filled with the same nutrient agar that microbes need to grow. Once placed in the Mango M6, the cartridges are precisely incubated— and microbes blossom into colonies.

Next, Subpixel Perspective Sweeping Microscopy enables micron-scale resolution across an unprecedented field of view. By imaging your samples every twenty minutes, the M6 captures the complete history of colony growth, down to the very first cell. This early colony detection means that bioburden tests take hours, not days.
